The Rumah Panjaitan hotel location is convenient, as it is situated next to a main road. Although the traffic passing by was disturbing, the room itself was equipped with a comfortable bed and a table, making it convenient for working or dining. the room was clean, and I appreciated the possibility of using the kitchen facilities. the wardrobe, which was not visible in the management pictures, was a pleasant surprise as it provided ample storage space.

One minor drawback was the cleanliness of the shared bathroom.

The staff at the reception were so helpful, they acted like personal tour guides! They even gave me advice on what to do in the area, as if they actually knew what they were talking about.

Just loved how it was set 1.9 km away from Yogyakarta Presidential Palace, so convenient!

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Yogyakarta that exceeded my expectations. the location was fantastic. It was right in front of the Sultan's Palace and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The hotel was also very close to the city center, making it convenient to explore all the main attractions in just a 20-minute walk. Secondly, the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the private bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries. this hotel provided excellent value for money, with great attention to detail and basic amenities like breakfast provided.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any major issues to complain about.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a bustling area, close to many shops and restaurants. It's a perfect location for exploring the city, being right in front of the Sultan's Palace and very near some must-see tourist spots. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with private bathrooms and AC. Plus, breakfast is provided, so you can start your day with a delicious meal without having to go out.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It's close to many shops and restaurants, and very near some tourist spots , made it so easy for me to explore the city. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They served a delicious breakfast every day and the hotel facilities were great. I especially appreciated the cleanliness, and the availability of parking and transportation options.

The affordable price of the dorm was great, and included a comfortable bed and free coffee and tea. Location was key, with a selection of local and western restaurants, shops, and markets all close by. the 10-minute walk to the city center was easy, and offered a glimpse of the local atmosphere.

The room itself was a bit dusty and sticky, and the bathroom wasn't as clean as expected. Although the staff was very helpful and spoke good English, the advertised shuttle service to the airport didn't seem to be available during Ramadhan.

Celebrating the new year at this hotel was a great decision. The hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist spots and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were gracious and attentive, providing excellent customer service. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast buffet and the complimentary welcome drink. The cozy atmosphere of the hotel made it feel like a home away from home.

While my stay was enjoyable overall, there were a few minor hiccups. The internet connection was slow and unreliable at times which made it difficult to stay connected with friends and family back home.

The sign outside the hotel is not clear and can make finding it a bit difficult at first.
